Nail Care

  • Keep nails clean and dry.  This helps prevent bacteria and other infectious organisms from collecting under the nail
  • Gently push back cuticles after a shower using your fingernail or an orange-wood stick.
  • Avoid picking cuticles and nails.
  • Keep your nails and cuticles healthy and hydrated with our Daily Cuticle and Nail Treatment.
  • Remember to change polish frequently to ensure healthy nails.  Nail disorders can start without us knowing by hiding under nail polish.
  • Trim your toenails  by cutting straight across each toenail. Don't cut down the sides as this can lead to in-growing nails. If nails are hard, soften them in a hot bath or shower before cutting them.
