Does Clinica Beauté's Nail Lacquer contain formaldehyde or DBP as an ingredient?
No. Every shade of Clinica Beauté's elegant nail polish includes an effective dose of Tea Tree Oil, medically recognized for it's antifungal properties.
Why Should I take the time to take care of my feet?
In fashion, shoes are an important accessory that complete a radiant overall look. Only a small percentage of the population is born with foot problems. It's neglect and a lack of awareness of proper care that bring on problems.
I've heard that your feet mirror your health, is this true?
Yes. Conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, nerve and circulatory disorders can show their initial symptoms in the feet
- so foot ailments can be your first sign of more serious medical problems.
Why do nails split and yellow?
Nails can split or yellow for a number of reasons. Poor diet, excessive exposure to the elements or chemicals, trauma to the nail matrix, leaving polish on for to long, nail biting and other habits can be the cause.
Why does Clinica beaute recommend always using a basecoat as well as removing nail lacquer every two weeks?
At approximately two weeks, nail lacquer begins to decompose and works through the basecoat and onto the natural nail causing dehydration and staining of the nail. A basecoat provides your nail with an extra layer of protection against the affects of nail lacquer. White spots on the nail may be an indication of dehydration.
